About
If you've found your way to this website, it's safe to assume that you are either:
A) A woman with a life, a job, and a desire to get more fulfillment out of each (and, hell yes. Mom = Job).
B) A man, who matches the description above. Come on in dude, all are welcome (only our private FB page is for the ladies).
C) Lost. Sorry. I know, the internet is a crazy place! But hey, stick around, this may be your cup of tea (or whiskey).
We are a group for women who are looking to inject more meaning and movement into their life. A community created to inform and inspire while finding some purpose, adventure and a little bit of humor along the way.
It’s a place to talk about meaningful things with the levity that life requires. Like how to be taken seriously, without being so serious. Lessons in making plans, and knowing when to ditch them. Or the importance of focusing on life’s ladder, not the corporate one.
We believe work and life are not like Yin and Yang. Ethereal cosmic forces that must be kept in perfect balance. It's more like work is flour, and life is a cake. It’s a key ingredient, but there’s so much more to it. And if your cake is all flour then, well, gross.
If this sounds like something you’d enjoy – rad. Join our crew below.
Hi there, I'm Kelsey. The mover & shaker behind Whiskey & Work. We created this community as a place for women to come together for real conversations about real stuff - you know... life, love, meaning, work, travel and well... whiskey, of course. We're all about building our tribe, full of people into the same, meaningful things. We love when someone inspires us to create more meaning & movement in our every day lives - so we do a lot of that here. We love our families, would do anything for our friends, and believe in supporting each imperfectly perfect woman in the room.
Previously the Advertising Director for Nintendo and Elizabeth Arden, workaholic, and corporate ladder climber - turned life & career coach, freelance writer, and life ladder climber. I now get to work with people all over the world to help them create a more fulfilling career, and life along the way. But on my other business card it might say snowboarder, eater, dreamer and fresh-air-addict... curiously pursuing life.
Come on over and say hi at KelseyMurphy.com
